POST YOUR PICTURES AND ARTICLES  HERE

I invite anyone who has a special picture or article with regards Brooloo and district now or in the past to contact me and I will publish your material on this page.

This free service would be of special interest to those and their families or friends who have retained an interest in Brooloo all of their lives, and to those who make modern day Brooloo their homes.

Prior to last August’s school centenary reunion many attending had not been in Brooloo or at the hall where it was held for 50–60-70 years, and sometimes many more. It was a wonderful weekend for them. It brought together people who had lost touch after school days and their leaving the district.

I would have liked to have met people who were new arrivals, (and sadly, anyone who has not been a Brooloo-ite for at least 45 years is a new arrival me), and hear their stories of transformation of the district from when it lived on agriculture and forestry to its present day interests and industries.

The town and district were almost unrecognizable to me after being away from the district for 45 years.

This page is meant to be for everyone. As mentioned on the HOME page, it would be great if you could buy a book or pass on the online address of this site to friend or relatives who may be interested. But this not a strict requirement when posting your pics or articles.
